The DJI Osmo Nano: A New Compact Contender
DJI has announced a new product reveal for September 23, 2025, at 8 a.m. EDT, and all signs point to the DJI Osmo Nano. Leaks and teasers suggest this new camera is a direct competitor to the Insta360 GO series, focusing on a compact, lightweight, and versatile form factor. With the tagline “Own the Moment,” DJI is clearly marketing the Osmo Nano toward vloggers and content creators who need a highly portable and easy-to-use device.
The Osmo Nano is rumored to weigh just 58 grams, making it lighter than most smartphones. Its design reportedly features a magnetic mount, allowing it to be easily attached to clothing, helmets, or other surfaces without bulky clips. This emphasis on portability and hands-free use is a key selling point.
Leaked Specs and Pricing
Leaked specifications for the Osmo Nano include impressive video capabilities for its size, such as DCI 4K at 60fps, UHD 4K at 120fps, and slow-motion 1080p at 240fps. It’s also expected to have advanced stabilization with RockSteady 3.0 and HorizonLock. The camera will reportedly come with built-in storage options of 64GB and 128GB, with prices rumored to be $369 and $399, respectively. It’s also expected to feature a small OLED touchscreen. The September 23 launch will confirm the final specs, pricing, and global availability.
